Verland is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team in Aliquippa, PA 15001. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to individuals who call Verland their home.

South Beverely House, Aliquippa, PA 15001.
Full‑time, 32 hours per week. Shifts available: 3 pm – 11 pm on Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday.

• Enrich and support residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
• Introduce and encourage skill development through active treatment activities.
• Implement individualized programs; record observations and daily progress notes.
• Participate in planning social, home, and recreational activities.
• Assist with meals and perform cleaning and laundry duties.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities in Verland vehicles.
• Bath, dress, and assist clients with personal hygiene.
• Housekeeping duties as needed.
• Medicate administration as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum 30 hours worked and comprehensive benefits package:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable means of transportation.

• Must pass a complete background, physical, and drug screening.
• Experience is not required.

2 weeks paid training provided by Verland to educate new hires on daily living skills, social engagement, personal hygiene skills, and each individual’s support plan and personal development goals. Completion of training is required at the start of employment.
