Construction Engineer

Overview

Construction Engineers / Assistant Project Managers (Office) are needed for a renowned construction organization outside of Pittsburgh, PA (near Shippingport). The Construction Engineers / APMs will be responsible for onsite trade management, overseeing the coordination of materials from design to final installation, validating payment applications for trade contractors, managing costs, and resolving issues such as change orders and RFIs. Additionally, you will demonstrate leadership by mentoring younger associates and upholding the company's culture of integrity.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, along with up to 3+ years of experience in commercial construction. Thorough communication, time management, and computer skills are essential. Willingness to relocate and ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment are required. Exposure to BIM is preferred. Relocation is available for qualified candidates.
