Job Summary

Assistant Superintendents / Senior Field Coordinators are needed for a renowned construction organization outside of Pittsburgh, PA (near Shippingport). The Assistant Superintendents / Senior Field Coordinators will play a pivotal role in a highly collaborative construction environment, taking ownership and providing leadership onsite throughout all project phases. Your primary responsibilities encompass executing contract requirements, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and fostering a culture of integrity and development among project associates.

Our client is seeking multiple field leadership professionals, including those with expertise in MEP systems, QA/QC, and general trade or subcontractor oversight.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial construction experience and demonstrate an ability to collaborate effectively. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, along with outstanding communication and time management abilities. Relocation is available for qualified candidates.
