Senior Construction Project Engineer

Senior Construction Project Engineer – Randstad USA Senior Construction Engineers (Office) are needed for a renowned construction organization outside of Pittsburgh, PA (near Shippingport). The Construction Engineers/APMs will be responsible for onsite trade management, overseeing coordination of materials from design to final installation, validating payment applications for trade contractors, managing costs, and resolving issues such as change orders and RFIs. Additionally, you will demonstrate leadership by mentoring younger associates and upholding the company's culture of integrity.

Work hours:

8 am to 4 pm

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field

• Coordinate materials from design to final installation
• Track and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors
• Manage costs and resolve issues such as change orders and RFIs
• Read and understand Construction Design Documents and Specifications
• Provide leadership and mentorship to younger associates on the project

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Effective communication, time‑management, and computer skills
• Willingness to relocate and thrive in a collaborative work environment
• Exposure to BIM preferred
