Job Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas. The role includes team supervision, quality checks, and coordination with other departments to deliver excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and quality
Allocate duties and prepare duty rosters for housekeeping staff
Train, guide, and motivate room attendants and housekeeping staff
Ensure proper use, storage, and control of cleaning materials and equipment
Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments
Maintain housekeeping standards as per SOPs
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and security procedures
Assist in inventory control, linen management, and minimizing wastage

Required

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum  3 years of experience  in Housekeeping, with supervisory exposure
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, chemicals, and equipment
Attention to detail and quality control
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management / Housekeeping
Experience in hotels, resorts, or serviced apartments
