HVAC Technician, or a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician, plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving air quality systems.

• Experience:
  
  At least 5-7 year of relevant experience.
• Technical Knowledge:
  Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning and heating.
• Proficiency in reading schematics.
• Availability:
  Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and holidays with short notice.
• Physical Ability:
  Comfort working in confined spaces.

• Installation and Repair:
  Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Diagnostic
  
  Skills:
  
  Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Routine Maintenance:
  Clean, adjust, and repair systems, including performing warranty services.
• Technical Training:
  Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to junior team members.
• Effective Communication:
  Communicate with clients, customers, and colleagues.
• Equipment Management:
  Order and maintain necessary equipment.
• Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes.
