Allegiance Mobile Health seeks a skilled Paramedic to provide advanced life‑support care in emergency and non‑emergency settings. The role requires leading patient assessment, performing advanced interventions, administering medications, interpreting EKGs, and ensuring safe transport to healthcare facilities. Clinical expertise, leadership, and composure in high‑stress environments are essential.

• Respond to emergency and non‑emergency calls 24 hours per day and operate a variety of emergency vehicles in all road and weather conditions.
• Interpret maps, follow directions, and respond efficiently and safely.
• Adhere to all departmental, local, and state driving laws, policies, and procedures.
• Use communication equipment to relay information to dispatchers, EMS crews, first responders, and other organizations per departmental policies.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in a constant state of readiness and cleanliness.
• Complete daily vehicle and supply checklists; assist with vehicle resupply, decontamination, and readiness tasks.
• Report in writing any vehicle, supply, or equipment discrepancies.
• Provide direct patient care per Medical Director authorization and protocols, demonstrating clinical competency.
• Exhibit physical competency to lift, carry, transport, and extricate patients across all settings.
• Interact with external agencies such as Police, Fire Departments, and First Responder Organizations.
• Deliver satisfactory customer service and project professionalism in all contacts.
• Accurately complete patient care reports, billing information, and all associated documentation in a timely manner.
• Operate under physically and psychologically taxing conditions, including inclement weather, temperature extremes, hazardous environments, loud noise, and high‑stress situations.
• Work safely around blood‑borne pathogens, chemicals, sharps, and fall/trip hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including general housekeeping and special projects.
• Successfully pass departmental skills evaluation and complete the NEOP process before staffing a truck.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Lift, carry, balance, and push up to 125 pounds (250 pounds with assistance).
• Demonstrate flexibility and physical coordination (bending, squatting, kneeling) as described.
• Perform repetitive lifting, squatting, stooping, and kneeling.
• Climb 20 sets of stairs without rest within 60 seconds.
• Use fine manual dexterity for clinical skills such as starting IVs and intubation.
• Maintain correctable vision adequate for reading street signs, seeing in low light, and reading small print.

• Use good judgment and remain calm in high‑stress situations.
• Maintain a positive attitude when facing adversity.
• Possess strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Function effectively under extreme fatigue, extreme temperatures, and inclement weather conditions.

• High school graduate or GED.
• Certified as a Paramedic in Texas.
• CPR certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Pre‑Hospital Life Support (PHTLS) or International Trauma Life Support (ITLS).
• Effective communication skills.
• Read, write, and interpret English language instructions.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and insurability.
