• Welcome and assist customers on the lot and in the showroom
• Provide product knowledge and guide guests through the buying process
• Deliver a professional, transparent, and enjoyable car-buying experience
• Keep up with current promotions, inventory, and manufacturer programs
• Work with teammates and managers to exceed sales goals
• Maintain ongoing communication to build lasting customer relationships

• Positive, energetic attitude and great communication skills
• Prior automotive or retail sales experience helpful, but not required
• A drive to learn, compete, and succeed in a fast-moving environment
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Bilingual skills a plus!

• Automotive sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to succeed in a team-driven, high-volume dealership
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Valid CA Occupational Sales License (or ability to obtain)

Annual Compensation Range: $36,000 – $200,000
