Description
Position Summary: As a Shift Lead
, you are the go-to person on shift - leading by example, ensuring operations run smoothly, and supporting both front and back-of-house teams. You will champion great customer service, uphold food safety and quality standards, and assist in training and motivating staff.

• Lead daily shift operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
• Support and supervise FOH/BOH team members during service
• Ensure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
• Handle guest concerns professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and prep when needed
• Open and/or close the store following operational procedures
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members
• Communicate effectively with management and provide shift reports when required

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role in a restaurant environment (Japanese/QSR/Fast Casual experience is a plus)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Passionate about food, service, and team development
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
