Supporting our Covina branch covering the west end of our market., Pasadena, Alhambra, East Los Angeles and nearby areas to pick up 5-10 visits per week.

What you will do:As a Home Health RN you will deliver holistic, home health care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and you will effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
Who you are:- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
- Licensed as an RN
- Licensed by the California Board of Registered Nurses
- Oasis charting experience preferred
- Current CPT, Health clearance, completion of the Assisted Health Care
