Busy escrow company in San Gabriel Valley is looking for professional experienced Escrow Officers and Escrow Assistants.

• Escrow industry experience required.
• Only candidates with escrow experience can apply.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON-SITE AT OUR OFFICE LOCATED IN ALHAMBRA, CA.
• Mandarin and Cantonese speaking preferred.
• Superior communication skills, presentation skills, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently under pressure.
• High degree of integrity, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and strong aptitude for figures.
• Experience:
  
  5-10 years.

• Responsible for opening, processing and closing of Real Estate Sales Transactions.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures of escrow, lender and title process.
• Prepare escrow files from opening to funding, recording and disbursing of file.
• Order and review title prelims.
• Order demands, HOA, Solar and other documents pertaining to the file within a timely manner and follow up as necessary.
• Prepare loan documents for Buyer/Borrower signing and coordinate loan signing.
• Package loan documents for return to Lender and authorize funding and recording.
• Resolve all post-closing reconciliation issues including company reports and according to company time frames.
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Will require approval from the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI).
