Bilingual Finance Producer

Wondries Toyota is seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Finance Producer to join our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience to our Mandarin-, Cantonese-, and Spanish-speaking clients. As a key member of our Finance Department, you’ll help customers secure vehicle financing while ensuring all transactions are accurate, transparent, and compliant with legal and financial regulations.
Responsibilities

• Facilitate financing and leasing options for vehicle purchases
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
• Ensure all contracts and documents are complete, accurate, and compliant
• Deliver clear, professional communication to all customers
• Provide exceptional service throughout the financing process

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish
• Previous experience in automotive finance or F&I preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
