Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site Office Management role located in Algonquin, IL. The Office Manager will handle a range of administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, oversee communication and scheduling, and provide support to staff and customers. Responsibilities include managing office equipment, coordinating schedules, assisting with customer service needs, and maintaining organizational procedures.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interfacing with clients, drivers, and internal teams
- Experience with Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to support day‑to‑day office operations
- Proficiency with managing and maintaining Office Equipment, such as computers, printers, and telecommunications systems
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle office workflow and scheduling efficiently
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management are advantageous
