Social Worker, Family Advocacy & Support Services

We are recruiting for a Children's Social Workers x 3 roles available- to work in the Children with Disabilities Service and experience of working in this area is required.

You will have 3 years minimum experience of working as a Social Worker, along with experience of legal processes and court attendance.
The roles are based in South Normanton with 1 day office based per week and covering Amber Valley, NE Derbyshire/Bolsover, is one position.  Position 2 will cover High Peak & Chesterfield and Position 3 will cover Erewash and South Derbyshire/South Dales.

A specific requirement for this role is having previous experience of working with individuals who have Learning Disabilities.

Qualifications required for this position are a degree in Social Work or a Postgraduate qualification in social work ie PGDip or Master's Level 7 if your first degree is in another subject.

You will also be required to hold a HCPC and ensure you have completed CPD to maintain your registration.
