Responsibilities
  • The Ward Clerk is responsible for the coordination of communication, patient services and clerical functions within the High Risk Foot Service.
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff to facilitate excellent customer service and support the efficient operation of the unit environment.
  • Provide clerical support to the multidisciplinary team and coordinate unit administration and data flow.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and email).
  • Ability to provide effective clerical support to the multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
  • Ability to deliver efficient approaches to electronic data flow.
