The Pharmacy Digital Health team is an integral part of the pharmacy department and critical to the functioning of the broader Alfred Care Group. It comprises pharmacists, business analysts, and technical experts, and has responsibilities spanning across all clinical information systems with medication components, including the Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR), CERNER Oncology, iPharmacy, Omnicell Automated Dispensing Machines racks, Power Trials, and Smart Infusion Pumps.

We are seeking a pharmacist leader with experience in clinical informatics to join our Pharmacy Digital Health leadership team. As Lead Pharmacist – Digital Health, you will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best medication management outcomes for individual patients. You will contribute to improving medication management on a larger scale through practice‑based research projects and service and practice improvement work.

This role will be an integral part in providing the Pharmacy Digital Health service in association with the Pharmacy Executive and Senior Leadership Teams, and will be involved in the development and maintenance of the Pharmacy Digital Health systems as described above.

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and deliver outcomes within specified deadlines

• Registered pharmacist in Australia Pharmacy Board of Australia
• Relevant post‑graduate qualifications, including a formal qualification in information technology, desirable
