STARTING EXPERIENCED LIFEGUARD POSITIONS. PAY: $14/hr - $17/hr + OT + Bonus Opportunities. Aqua Safe offers a summer experience that will ensure professional and personal growth. • Ensure the safety of patrons at an assigned aquatic facility by preventing and responding to emergencies.
• Enforce pool rules fairly and consistently.
• Ensure proper pool water chemicals, record keeping, and maintenance of a clean and enjoyable aquatics facility.
• Report any unsafe conditions or faulty equipment to the Supervisor.
• Support seasonal lifeguard operations with professionalism and accountability.

• Lifeguards MUST be a minimum of 15 years old by date of hire or the last day of the lifeguard course.
• Lifeguards MUST be able to work Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, and Labor Day weekend (Saturday, Sunday, Monday).
• Lifeguards MUST be able to work ALL WEEKENDS throughout the Summer (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Lifeguards MUST conduct themselves in a professional manner and be attentive and focused.
• Lifeguards MUST have a current Nationally Approved Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certificates or obtain before the beginning of the season.

• Experienced, motivated Lifeguards may be considered as a Pool Manager with more responsibility and higher pay; discuss in the interview.
• The season runs May 25, 2025 – Sept 1, 2025.
• Pay rate: $14/hr – $17/hr + OT (depending on experience). Bonus and incentive opportunities are available, including a potential $250 bonus.
