Full Stack Developer (AWS)
CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer (AWS) to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. This role requires an innovative and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with designers, back-end engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable digital solutions. With the requirement of a security clearance, CALIBRE will not be offering sponsorship for this position.
Salary for this position is $165K-185K.

- Developing and maintaining front-end and back-end components of web applications.
- Designing and implementing scalable, reliable solutions using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, RDS, Dynamo
DB, and others. - Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy features.
- Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to team members using Git.
- Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Code Pipeline, Code Build, and other Dev Ops tools.
- Applying secure coding practices and documentation standards.
- Troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Working with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end languages (C#, Python, .NET).
- Sustaining the end-state solution through continued AWS-based development.
- Ability to develop reusable patterns using the AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK).
- Extensive experience with AWS services, including Glue, Athena, Quick Sight, Lambda, RDS, and Dynamo
DB. - Strong experience developing in an AWS cloud environment.
- Proficiency with server-side languages (C#, Python, .NET).
- Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
- Database management experience with MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
- Hands-on experience with cloud migration and application refactoring.
- Experience with Postgre
SQL and Mongo
DB. - Familiarity with Jira.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., AWS Cloud Formation).
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Basic working knowledge of data science, software development life cycle, data privacy (PII/PHI), Federal data policies, and the Tricare Military Health System.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in building large-scale software applications.
- At least 1 year of experience developing serverless applications in AWS.
- 3+ years of experience working with Federal agencies (preferably healthcare and/or data-centric projects).
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Active Secret Clearance at the Department of Defense (or eligibility to obtain a clearance)
- Ability to work east coast business hours (8am-5pm).
- Active Security+ Certification
- Must hold at least one AWS Technical Certification
