Responsibilities- Specialize in plumbing maintenance and repairs, including installing fixtures, soldering and brazing pipe, and troubleshooting systems such as sinks, drains, water heaters, and pumps.
- Operate and maintain plumbing tools and equipment, including drain cleaning machinery and pipe fitting tools.
- Support daily service requests, ensuring work orders are completed within 24 hours and communicating with residents and office staff on status and follow‑up.
- Respond to emergencies, including snow removal and on‑site incidents, while participating in a 24‑hour on‑call rotation requiring night and weekend availability.
- Help maintain the overall condition of the property, assisting with inspections, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of grounds and common areas when needed.
- Active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
- Live within a 30‑minute commute of the properties.
- High school diploma or GED, three‑years related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Pay Range: $28.00–$34.00 per hour.
- Up to 20% rent discount.
- Property‑staff shared renewal commissions – paid monthly.
- $300 Morgan Essentials – paid quarterly.
- On‑call appreciation, $15 per day for holding the on‑call phone.
