What You Will Be Doing

• Authorized under the framework of the Department of Defense Skill Bridge Program, Tyto Athene is able to host active duty US military members for skilled employment training for up to the final 6 months of active‑duty obligated service.
• You’ll receive real world job experience, training, and skills to get a head start on your transition from military service to civilian employment.
• While working with Tyto Athene through the Skill Bridge program you’ll be making connections with people in your industry, eligible to earn valuable certifications, and staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in your chosen area of expertise.

If you are an active‑duty service member within 18 months of separating or retiring and interested in smooth transition from military to civilian, this is a great opportunity for you! This is your chance to experience firsthand what being a part of the Tyto Athene team is all about, while still receiving full pay and allowances from your military service.

• Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above‑stated range.
