Security Guard - Armed Patrol Rounds

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location and along the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points, corridors, and common areas; observe for unusual conditions and/or policy violations and report findings to the appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and/or directing individuals to the proper resources.;
Document routine activity, incidents, and security-related observations in required logs and reports; communicate updates to site leadership and/or public responders as needed.
