Security Guard - Armed Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.;
Respond to alarms, calls for assistance, and critical incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and/or local emergency services as needed.;
Control access at entrances and restricted areas by verifying credentials, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and documenting security-related activity per post orders.;
Complete timely reports on incidents, patrol observations, and unusual occurrences, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
