Responsibilities- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documents, including protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with scientists and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy.
- Edit and review content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Utilize various tools and software to enhance document presentation and accessibility.
- Conduct research to stay current on industry trends and scientific advancements.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support project initiatives and deadlines.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior writers to foster skill development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of technical writing experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in writing and editing complex scientific documents for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Experience with document management systems and collaborative writing tools.
