Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSMs lead by example as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They demonstrate how to thrive in a fast‑paced, fun environment where customer needs are the first focus.
They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with our customers by building new and deepening existing relationships. Their expertise in uncovering customer needs and passion to educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions are essential.
- Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.
- Sell personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan to keep customers connected, including accessories and Internet of Things devices.
- Maintain the store at its best and provide exemplary customer service with patience, honesty and empathy.
- Become proficient in using digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, demonstrating coverage benefits, plan advantages and troubleshooting.
- Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills, processes, system knowledge and reference resources.
- Build relationships and partner with employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify and hand‑off small business leads.
- Show willingness to have a good time while providing first‑class customer experience.
- Leadership and the ability to lead your team.
- Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Strong communication skills with both team and customers.
- Experience in wireless sales and operational, financial and performance management.

- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full‑time (45 hours) availability
