About The Retail Sales Associate Position

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for exceeding our customers’ evolving expectations by providing superior customer service and a pleasant shopping experience. The Sales Associate is expected to engage customers to determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate merchandise.

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Providing superior customer service including styling, maintaining fitting rooms and handling cash wrap and register
• Checking client accounts, applying store credit, and maintaining good relationships with consignors and customers
• Informing customers about sales/discounts
• Communicating our consignment agreement to consignors
• Monitoring inventory

Retail Sales Associate Requirements

• Must be energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledgeable about current fashion trends
• Must be hard-working, attentive, strong work ethic Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays. Must be able to work during store hours:
  Mon-Fri 12-8PM Sat 11-8PM Sun 11-6PM
