Kitchen Manager at Goodwin Recruiting summary:

The Kitchen Manager oversees daily kitchen operations in a high-volume full-service restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety. They lead and build relationships with the kitchen team while managing inventory, ordering, and cost controls. This role requires at least two years of kitchen management experience and strong adherence to sanitation standards.

  • Build respectful relationships with every member of the kitchen team while holding them accountable

Kitchen Manager

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2years experience in a Full-Service Restaurant

    KM role in a high-volume, systems-oriented casual environment
  • Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships
  • Inventory, ordering and delivering on cost controls
  • Strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards is a must
