The Bistro Team Member plays a vital role in providing an inviting and pleasant dining experience for residents in a senior facility. This position involves preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, and engaging positively with residents to enhance their overall experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Understanding of and sensitivity to the needs of seniors.
• Must pass a background check and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Follow instructions with a positive attitude
• Experience a plus, but not required
