• Location: Camden, AL 36726 (100% onsite in home health settings)
• Pay Rate: $37.30/hour + mileage reimbursement ($0.48 per mile)
• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Additional Availability: Occasional weekends may be required due to weather-related or make-up appointments

The Home Health LPN provides nursing care according to individualized plans of care while promoting patient dignity, safety, and independence. This role is ideal for an LPN who is comfortable working independently, values patient education, and prefers consistent weekday hours with some flexibility.
