Shift: Day Shift (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)

Location: Alexandria, VA

Pay: We offer competitive pay for LPNs ranging from $34 to $38 per hour plus shift differentials!

• Is responsible for medication administration, assessment, and coordination of care for assigned residents on their household.
• Documents nursing intervention, resident response, effectiveness, complications, etc.; communicates information to physician and other Health Team members.
• Provides direct oversight for Care Partners ensuring quality of care.
• Develops short and long term goals and Care Plans for residents.

• Graduate of an approved RN or LPN program.
• Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state of residence.
• Current CPR certification.
