$31.50/hr – $36.52/hr (plus shift differentials as applicable)

Sign‑on bonus up to $7,500 (limited time)

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines.

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being
• Assist with resident comfort
• Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
• Help coach staff as necessary

• Current LPN license in Virginia
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
