Advertising Account Executive

We’re looking for a self-starter. Someone who can manage their own workflow as well as others. You need to stick out as a person, just as the advertising created by Joy Riot is meant to stick out. You have an inquisitive and strategic mind, knowledge of advertising that is shown to capture attention and drive results, and the ability to wear many hats in a small but growing agency.

Scope of Responsibility:

• Serve as liaison between Joy Riot and assigned client accounts
• Become an expert in client’s business and industry
• Manage research, branding, creative, media, and production jobs
• Develop marketing & creative strategies, and execute against them
• Conduct primary and secondary research
• Write creative briefs
• Create schedules for creative development and production, and meet deadlines
• Create budgets and manage for creative development, media, and production
• Evaluate effectiveness and correctness of creative and production materials, including: copy, artwork, budgets, and schedules
• Ensure projects are working toward goals, are on strategy, on time, and on budget

Requirements:

• Experience in an advertising agency
• Bachelor’s Degree or greater
• Experience with developing and executing against marketing strategies
• Ability to pull key insights out of research, campaign metrics & other analytics
• Strong understanding of all media, brand identity development, social media strategies, and website development
• Strong understanding of and experience in social media
• Ability to wear many hats in a small, growing agency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Title and salary commensurate with experience.
