Andrew Morgan Consulting, LLC (AMC) is a rapidly growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone-certified organization. We are seeking a qualified ERM Project Manager to support a potential contract award with Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Office of Financial Management (OFM) Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Services . This role is contingent upon contract award and will play a critical part in our efforts to deliver exceptional results for this opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ERM Project Manager plays a key role in supporting the execution of enterprise risk management (ERM) projects for large federal agencies. This position is responsible for coordinating project activities, assisting in risk assessments, and ensuring ERM initiatives align with agency goals and regulatory requirements. The ERM Project Manager works closely with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to facilitate effective risk management processes, improve decision-making, and enhance organizational resilience.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assist in managing ERM projects by supporting project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Coordinate risk management activities across federal agency departments, ensuring alignment with ERM frameworks and policies.
  • Support enterprise risk assessments, stakeholder engagements, and data collection efforts to identify key risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain risk registers, risk dashboards, and project reports to support agency leadership in decision-making.
  • Ensure ERM projects adhere to federal risk management frameworks, including OMB Circular A-123, GAO Risk Management Framework, and NIST standards.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and briefings for federal executives and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance risk governance and compliance.
  • Monitor and document emerging risks, trends, and policy changes that may impact federal agencies.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for ERM workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Required Qualifications &

Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience assisting with complex ERM projects for large federal agencies.
  • Certified Risk Management Professional (RIMS-CRMP) or equivalent certification (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)).
  • Working knowledge of federal ERM policies, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating and communicating with federal executives, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERM-related software tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in governance, risk, and compliance (e.g., Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)).
  • Experience with data visualization tools to support ERM reporting and analysis.
  • Prior experience facilitating risk training or workshops for federal agencies.
