Responsibilities- The Associate Attorney is responsible for handling bankruptcy matters for the firm. They will utilize legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the bankruptcy process on behalf of our clients.
- Handle all aspects of bankruptcy matters including Proof of Claims, Motions for Relief, Objections, Responses to Objections, Payment Change Notices, Settlements and Adversary Proceedings.
- Juris Doctorate
- Licensed and in good standing with Maryland and Virginia State Bars
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- 0-3 years of bankruptcy experience
Qualified applicants must reside in Baltimore, Maryland or Alexandria, Virginia.
