  • Can translate technical analysis into outputs that are useful to political strategists and clients
  • Are comfortable working in fast‑moving environments with multiple simultaneous projects
  • Look for ways to streamline processes and improve workflows across the team
What You Will Do Survey Data Processing

Political Data Integration
  • Match survey data to voter file and external datasets
  • Append demographic and geographic variables used in political analysis
  • Maintain clean documentation and standardized data structures across projects
  • Monitor data quality and investigate anomalies in datasets

  • Help prepare presentation‑ready datasets and research outputs
  • Ensure deliverables meet high standards for clarity, accuracy, and reproducibility
  • Support the generation of reports and research products derived from survey data
Workflow and Systems Improvement

  • Help build standardized systems for survey data management and deliverable production
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve internal tools and processes

  • Excellent attention to detail and data quality control
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred
