Job Summary
Seeking a Field Engineer with – years of computer support experience to install, diagnose, maintain, and service desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, standard software, and low-end servers at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities- Perform hardware setup, troubleshooting, re-imaging, and disk replacements
- Provide desktop, laptop, server, and network support
- Install, move, add, and change IT equipment as required
- Support legacy and enterprise storage products
- Test and certify systems and approved applications
- Update tickets and meet SLA requirements
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and professionalism

- Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills
