Are You a SharePoint & Web Development Consultant Who Enjoys Building Modern Microsoft 365 Solutions?
QSSHire is seeking a SharePoint & Web Development Consultant to support the development and modernization of digital workflows and data solutions within a federal environment. The selected candidate will design, develop, and implement solutions using SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) to automate business processes, improve data management, and enhance reporting capabilities.
This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, data integration, and workflow automation, along with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions. The consultant will support agile project delivery, ensure data integrity across platforms, and develop reporting tools that enable data-driven decision-making.

In This Role, You’ll:

• Design and implement solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to enhance user experience and automate business processes.

• Serve as the primary data steward, ensuring data integrity and consistency across project and client systems.

• Develop data-driven dashboards and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.

• Apply agile development practices and critical thinking to deliver flexible solutions aligned with client requirements.

• Participate in multiple aspects of project delivery including development, analysis, reporting, and solution improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Support the modernization of workflows and information management processes across enterprise platforms.

• Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement within the project team.

You’ll Succeed Here If You Have:

• Experience developing solutions using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities.

• Experience designing event-driven or system-oriented architectures.

• Experience developing ETL processes, including error handling and data validation.

• Strong understanding of data structures and formats including tabular data, JSON, and XML.

• Experience with data normalization, contextualization, and data governance practices.

• Advanced experience creating Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, technology, computer science, or a related field with 3-5 years of professional experience
OR

• Master’s degree (MBA, MPA/MPP, or Information Management) with 1-3 years of professional experience

• Experience supporting Federal Government clients

• Experience working in Department of Defense environments

• Experience implementing workflow automation or business process modernization solutions

• Familiarity with agile project delivery environments
