We're seeking a strategic and visionary Director, MSP Tools & Innovation to lead the implementation of MSP tools, and integration of artificial intelligence, automation, and reporting across our Cloud Solutions service portfolio. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on solving complex problems, driving operational efficiency, and pioneering new approaches to managed services. You'll be responsible for shaping our innovation roadmap, building high-impact solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Lead the selection and implementation of next-gen MSP tools with AI and automation strategies that enhance MSP and project service delivery, client experience, and operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement internal tools that streamline workflows, improve scalability, and reporting capabilities and reduce manual effort across the Cloud Solutions teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into practical, high-value solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants, developers, engineers, automation specialists, and innovation leads.
• Oversee proof-of-concept initiatives, pilots, and R&D efforts to explore new capabilities and validate business impact.
• Serve as a thought leader on responsible AI use, data governance, and ethical innovation practices in the Cloud Solutions practice area and collaborate with other thought leaders across the Client Solutions pillar.
• Partner with sales and delivery teams to co-create intelligent solutions tailored to client needs.
• Monitor performance metrics, adoption rates, and ROI of innovation initiatives.
• Drive MSP service excellence by optimizing ticketing systems, SLA metrics, escalation processes, and proactive monitoring tools.
• Implement AI-driven solutions that improve MSP service desk efficiency, incident response, and client reporting.
• Collaborate with MSP operations leaders to ensure automation initiatives align with ITIL best practices and compliance requirements.
• Champion innovation in managed services delivery, including predictive analytics for client environments, self-healing infrastructure, and intelligent resource allocation.
• Assist the MSP and project delivery teams with the implementation of Azure Dev Ops best practices.
• Provide guidance and leadership in establishing new service offerings using Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform for the Cloud solutions project team.
