Position OverviewKey Logic is seeking qualified candidates for an APR Technical Lead position to support a federal proposal effort, contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities- Overall project management of complex, multi-task IT contracts.
- Plan, organize and manage groups of employees engaged in various technical duties.
- Provide administrative and technical direction to personnel.
- Coordinate approved contracts and establish improved procedures and controls to ensure all services meet schedule and/or production.
- Provide status and activities to customer representatives and respond to administrative or technical requests.
- Apply continuous evaluation and control measures; work without supervision.
- Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure assigned tasks are completed to standard.
- Identify risks and form contingency plans promptly.
- Analyze existing operations and schedule training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
- Provide deliverables, including presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing a Tier 2 specialized support desk in a large environment, preferably supporting more than 10,000 users.
- Experience managing Service Level Agreements and workforce management.
- ITIL Certification.
- One or more Microsoft Certifications (MCSE or similar).
- Fifteen (15) years of IT experience with at least ten (10) years in a management position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- BA/BS degree.
