s casting a line for a Sr. Business Analyst (CRM/CPQ Data Operations). This is a contract role based in Vancouver, WA with hybrid onsite expectations. The reason this position exists is to provide hands‑on CRM and CPQ data operations support during a business separation, acting as operational support for external stakeholders who will lose system access.
What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)- 5+ years of experience in CRM and CPQ support or data operations
- Strong hands‑on Salesforce experience (certification preferred, not required)
- CPQ experience (Oracle CPQ preferred, other CPQs accepted)
- Experience managing CRM data including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and quotes
- Strong Excel skills for data uploads, tracking, and management
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders on live calls and screen shares
- Reliable delivery on daily operational tasks
- Experience working in structured, process‑driven environments
- Push CRM and CPQ data into central shared locations
- Pull data into internal systems using intake requests and case workflows
- Perform manual data entry into CRM and CPQ systems
- Process CPQ quotes and submit for approvals
- Support live screen‑share sessions with external users
- Maintain data accuracy across leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and quotes
- Manage Excel files related to data intake and uploads
- Support daily operational data management activities
