The firm is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Head of Technology and Analytics to support our growing team and contribute to our success. This role will report directly to the CEO and will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other Executive members. The Head of Technology and Analytics should be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment.

The ideal individual will be able to exercise sound judgment in diverse situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

• Set and execute the firm’s technology roadmap aligned to business growth, client delivery, and risk posture.
• Establish standards, governance, and decision rights so technology work scales beyond any one person.
• Translate technical trade-offs into clear recommendations for the CEO and executive team.

• Architect, harden, and optimize cloud/hosting, servers, and internal tooling for performance, uptime, and cost control.
• Proactively monitor systems, eliminate bottlenecks, and reduce technical debt through disciplined architecture.
• Design resilience: backups, disaster recovery, and continuity procedures that protect delivery under pressure.

• Own the technical backbone for websites, domains/DNS, publishing workflows, and key integrations.
• Oversee email platforms for organizational communications and newsletters, including deliverability, domain reputation, and production issues (e.g., CSS/email rendering).
• Ensure clean integration across web, email, analytics, and data systems; lead rapid incident response when outages occur.
