• Creating wireframes: low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups that show the structure and layout of product screens
• Prototyping to visualize designs before development
• Designing graphic elements: menus, tabs, and other UI elements
• Developing navigation components and building navigation for the product
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and business SMEs
• Preparing and presenting drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Adjusting designs based on user feedback and maturity of value delivery
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems and pain points (e.g., responsiveness, friction, hidden value)
• Adhering to approved ABS branding, fonts, styles, colors, and images

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (7+ years)
• Expert level experience with design and wireframe tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Portfolio of design projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Active listening skills and client empathy to affect design ideas and product improvements
• Team player who thrives in matrixed organizations and with various stakeholders at all levels
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in a technology related field (e.g., Graphic Design, Product Design, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, etc.) or equivalent experience

• Experience in using Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery)
• Foundational knowledge of Product Development and Management
• Experience in Agile Development (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Certifications:
  
  Certified Professional in User Interface Design (CPUX-UID), Certified Usability Analyst (CUA), Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA), Adobe Certified Professional, Figma UI/UX Design Essentials
