Position Summary

The Learning Experience Manager will create, design and deliver engaging, evidence-based learning solutions that accelerate leadership capability, professional development, and skills, consulting excellence, and organizational capability. This role blends learning strategy, instructional design, and learning analytics to drive measurable business impact.

Additionally, the Learning Experience Manager will lead end-to-end design (discovery to evaluation) for enterprise programs, client-facing enablement, and other audiences, leveraging adult-learning principles, modern digital tools, and scalable standards. Will partner closely with SMEs, HR Business Partners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to solve performance problems, enable change, and report outcomes to stakeholders.

What will you do in this role?

Instructional Strategy and Design
  • Conduct discovery and needs analysis to diagnose performance gaps and define learning objectives aligned to business outcomes.
  • Select and apply instructional frameworks (i.e., ADDIE, SAM, adult-learning theory, etc.) to design scalable solutions.
  • Architect blended learning journeys (live, virtual, eLearning, microlearning, etc.) for leadership development, consulting excellence, compliance, and professional skills.
Content Development & Enablement
  • Create facilitator guides, participant materials, eLearning modules, scenarios, assessments, videos, job aids and toolkits.
  • Translate complex subject matter into practical, digestible learning experience with strong narrative, storytelling, and clear performance application.
  • Ensure accessibility, plain-language writing, and localization for delivery.
Digital Learning & Technology
  • Develop eLearning and blended learning experiences using platforms such as Articulate, Rise, or Storyline.
  • Incorporate AI-supported learning tools, microlearning, and digital enhancements into learning assets.
  • Partner with Learning & Development Operations to configure content for delivery; ensure SCORM/XAPI packaging, metadata, and version control.
Consulting, Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management
  • Consult with internal stakeholders and, where applicable, client teams to be able to tailor solutions to context, constraints, and change readiness.
  • Apply change management principles (communication, reinforcement, stakeholder engagement) to drive adoption.
  • Provide design recommendations that balance innovation with practicality and scalability.
