Job Summary

iQuasar is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Market Research Analyst to support the company’s business growth initiatives. This junior‑level role will support market research, opportunity tracking, contract vehicle monitoring, marketing communications, and digital presence management, working closely with clients growth, business development, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate is an early‑career professional with strong communication skills, an interest in government contracting and federal markets, and familiarity with modern digital tools, including AI‑enabled research and content platforms.

Key Responsibilities Market Research & Opportunity Monitoring
  • Conduct market and customer research to support business development, capture planning, and growth strategy
  • Monitor federal contract vehicles, portals, and industry sources for RFIs, RFPs, Sources Sought, and market intelligence
  • Track and summarize opportunities, trends, and competitive insights for internal stakeholders
  • Support pipeline reporting and opportunity documentation in internal systems (e.g., CRM, BD trackers)
Internal & External Communications
  • Draft and coordinate internal communications related to new opportunities, awards, announcements, and growth initiatives
  • Support development of external‑facing communications, including press releases, announcements, and capability highlights
  • Assist in preparing content for proposals, white papers, capability statements, and marketing collateral
Marketing, Website & Digital Presence
  • Support updates to LSI’s website, including news, announcements, and content refreshes
  • Assist with development and maintenance of marketing materials (presentations, one‑pagers, graphics, fact sheets)
  • Coordinate content updates aligned with LSI branding and messaging standards
Social Media & Digital Engagement
  • Assist in managing and updating LSI’s social media presence (e.g., Linked In)
  • Draft and schedule posts aligned with company announcements, thought leadership, and growth priorities
  • Track basic engagement metrics and recommend content improvements
AI & Digital Tools Support
  • Use AI‑powered tools to support market research, content drafting, summarization, and analysis
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI‑enabled workflows
  • Stay current on emerging tools related to marketing, communications, and market intelligence
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Business, Political Science, or related liberal arts field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Linked In) and website content updates
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Comfort using modern productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, collaboration platforms)
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn AI tools for research, writing, and content development
