The Senior Solutions Architect is the technical and consultative linchpin for our Legal Tech practice. You’ll lead complex solution design, pre‑sales architecture, and hands‑on delivery for law firms, corporate legal teams, and government legal groups. This is a hybrid role: 50% sales solutioning, 25% delivery leadership, 25% methodology and team enablement.

You’ll be the “trusted advisor” for partners and clients— translating business needs into robust, compliant, and scalable solutions, while mentoring the next generation of consultants. Your work will directly enable our transition from founder‑led sales to a scalable, multi‑offering business.

• Lead discovery workshops with partners and prospects; translate ambiguous requirements into structured, actionable solution designs.
• Architect and scope complex Legal Tech implementations (case management, data migration, integrations, compliance modules).
• Draft and own Statements of Work that minimize downstream risk and protect margin.
• Support partner AEs with domain narrative, deal strategy, and technical credibility.
• Guide technical qualification, pricing, and risk assessment for new deals.
• Lead or co‑lead delivery of complex/multi‑workstream projects (e.g., government, enterprise law, data‑heavy matters).
• Ensure successful handoff between sales commitments and delivery execution.
• Provide subject matter expertise on customizations, integrations, and governance.
• Anchor quality and delivery predictability on key accounts.
• Build and evolve solutioning methodology, templates, and standards (playbooks, SOW libraries, scoping calculators).
• Mentor and upskill internal consultants and solution contributors (including less‑experienced team members).
• Partner with delivery leadership to improve cross‑team execution and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to internal training on compliance, best practices, and Legal Tech domain knowledge.

• 8+ years in consulting or professional services delivering complex software implementations.
• Deep knowledge of law firm and legal team processes and practices.
• Hands‑on expertise in solution architecture, data migration, integration, and SOW development.
• Strong track record of scoping, risk mitigation, and delivery leadership.
• Proficiency in data mapping, ETL, transformation, and validation (SQL, T‑SQL, XML/JSON, API‑based integrations).
• Experience in client‑facing roles—and able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences and build trust quickly.
