The role requires an experienced Delivery Lead with 5+ years of Track Wise or similar QMS experience, ideally within life sciences or pharmaceuticals. This person will lead small IT delivery teams and manage planning, development, and implementation of Track Wise and Track Wise Digital projects on the Salesforce platform. They will serve as the primary consultant interfacing with clients, ensuring all project deliverables are defined, executed, and verified.

Responsibilities also include supporting testing and validation, documentation, process improvements, and mentoring team members.

• Lead end to end delivery of Track Wise or equivalent QMS solution implementations, from requirements and design through configuration, validation and go live
• Lead the day-to-day activities for one or more delivery teams, ensure alignment to software delivery processes/best practices. Work with management to develop, establish and maintain project delivery standards and procedures
• Contribute to the development of detailed project plans; identifying resource needs to support delivery efforts and coordinating the daily activities of the delivery teams in alignment with project plans
• Oversee and mentor consulting teams, ensuring alignment to project scope, timelines and quality expectations
• Serve as the primary client partner, providing strategic guidance on quality processes, system optimization and regulatory considerations
• Ensure delivery methodology adherence and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks
• Manage project governance activities including risk mitigation, status reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Manage multiple tasks involved in meeting deadlines and deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops, conduct solution demonstrations, and support change management and end user adoption initiatives
• Provide subject matter expert (SME) consultation on complex projects.
• Support and re‑enforce the perception of Sikich as a high‑quality, customer service‑oriented organization
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with team to enhance work culture and a positive environment
• Display positive insight and business acumen, applying technical competence, and engaging with team and leadership
• Collaborate closely with technical, functional and validation teams to ensure seamless project execution

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience.
