Piper Companies is currently looking for a Scrum Master in the Alexandria, VA area to work for a rapidly growing IT Professional Services company supporting multiple government programs. This role requires the candidate to report to client sites in the DC area monthly and possess an active Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities for the Scrum Master:- Lead a team of 2-5 resources in UiPath professional services engagements
- Provide technical guidance, design and oversight during initial stages of an implementation and any critical milestones
- Identify and qualify RPA developers, Business Analysts and Solution architects to deliver on professional service’s engagements
- Develop sustainable solutions with the team of developers in order to drive towards customer adoption
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related major or 10+ years of professional IT technology experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles
- Hands-on experience supporting Agile teams in a federal or DoD environment
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PMI-ACP, or similar Agile certification is highly desired
- Active Secret level clearance or above is required
- Salary Range: $,000 (depending on experience)
