Position Overview
DEi is seeking a senior level Solution Architect or Systems Engineer with experience in DoD Mission Partner Environments (MPE) and associated systems. This position requires technical analysis and assessment of collaboration requirements, between nations, to develop secure solutions utilizing technologies/capabilities such as Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC), Cross Domain Solution (CDS), Digital Rights Management (DRM), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). Additionally, this position requires a strong understanding of Identity, Credentials, and Access Management (ICAM), data tagging/labeling, Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC), and Role Based Access Control (RBAC).
Expert communications skills are required to develop technical documents and briefings for both Action Officers and Executives. This position is on a small team of senior engineers and architects and requires the ability to be a self-starter, work with little supervision, and engage team members and stakeholders on regular basis.
- Security Clearance – Active TS minimum. TS/SCI preferred
- Education: Master’s Degree in related area (IT) and 5 years related experience, Bachelor’s Degree in related area (IT) and 10 years related experience, or 20 years of related experience.
- Experience:
- Experience in DoD Enterprise IT environments, including system architecture, networking, cloud, and hosting environments.
- Writing technical reference architecture and design documents
- Developing and delivering executive level technical briefings
- Developing technical diagrams both high-level and detailed.
- Demonstrated expertise in 4 of the following:
- ICAM
- ABAC
- RBAC
- CSfC
- Data Protection Platforms (e.g., Varonis, Purview, etc.) and encryption
- Cloud Computing (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, etc.)
- CDS
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders in high-pressure environments.
- Any IAT III cert listed in DoD 8410
