Senior Technical Program Manager; ST PM Security Clearance

Position: Senior Technical Program Manager (ST PM) with Security Clearance
The Prospective Group (TPG) is searching for a Senior Technical Program Manager (ST PM) to provide day-to-day oversight of IT and cybersecurity personnel and the program performance. This role leads execution of IT/cyber program support services in secure cloud environments and ensures operational performance, compliance, and delivery coordination across technical teams. Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day oversight of all IT and cybersecurity contract support personnel.
- Oversee the program performance and IT and cybersecurity program support services.
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex IT projects and operational support.
- Support compliance-driven delivery across cloud environments, cybersecurity controls, and operational requirements.
Drive reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination for technical delivery.

Position Requirements :

- A minimum of eight years of experience in planning, directing, and managing complex IT projects and operations of similar in size and complexity to this requirement.
- Possess a current PMI Project Management Professional certification or equivalent.
- A minimum of eight years of experience in leading projects involving compliance with the DoD CC SRG and the DoD RMF (e.g., DoDI 8510.01).
- A minimum of eight years of experience in Change Management and quality assurance concepts and guidelines, such as AGILE, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Possess one of the following certifications:
- Global Security Leadership Certification (GSLC)
- Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
- CISSP-Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (CISSP-ISSEP)
- CISSP-Information Systems Security Management Professional (CISSP-ISSMP)

Education Requirements:

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, information systems, or a related field.
