Job SummaryAGE Solutions is seeking a Junior Project Manager to assist our Project Management Office (PMO) with administration and management of awarded work as well as proposal and business development efforts. The successful candidate will possess management experience and knowledge of project management and information technology (IT) terminology.
Responsibilities- Evaluate contracts and subcontracts, summarizing key scope elements and requirements.
- Assist in the review and approval of invoices and purchase orders associated with awarded work.
- Assist with time management, evaluation of burn-rates, and timecard approvals.
- Communicate and coordinate with project team members.
- Become deeply familiar with AGE capabilities, goals, and culture and represent AGE during interactions with customers and team members.
- Assist with the creation and review of contract deliverables.
- Provide quality assurance/control for deliverables and reports created by the project teams and PMO.
- Evaluate project requirements and create/submit job requisitions for labor resources under the guidance and approval of the program/portfolio Director.
- Assess processes adopted by the PMO and recommendations for increased efficiency and quality.
- Assist the PMO with creation of templates for deliverables and proposal efforts.
- Work with the PMO to research and evaluate business development opportunities.
- Participate in proposal color reviews.
- Assist with the creation of project/proposal schedules accounting for tasks, dependencies, resources, durations, etc.
- Communicate with customers and translate requirements into actionable activities for the project team.
- Oversee the execution of assigned projects as well as communication of project status, plans, and achievements to stakeholders through formal and informal reporting.
- Must be a US Citizen with a current DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to attain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to attain and maintain Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Ability to attain an IAT Level II Certification or higher (Ex: CompTIA Sec+ CE).
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with varying audiences.
- Attention to detail and strong problem resolution skills.
- Management experience and understanding of project management and IT concepts and terminology.
- This is a remote position located within the United States requiring up to approximately 10% travel.

- Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods.
This is a part-time position with a compensation range starting at $35,000+.
