System One is seeking an IT Asset Management (Hardware) Analyst in Golden, Colorado. Join this great team and bring your expertise to the table.

• Conduct physical stockroom inventories
• Investigate and reconcile inventory shortages and discrepancies
• Move inventory between stockrooms and locations
• Assist in the inventory and management of the IT vending machine
• Manage hardware and consumable assets in Service Now stockrooms

• Work with the IT Service Desk and Desktop Support teams to ensure their stockrooms have adequate inventory
• Collaborate with the Property Management team to locate tagged equipment, update inventory records and reconcile discrepancies between asset management systems

• Monitor IT Asset Management queue and provide updates to requesters, as appropriate
• Identify and fulfill “Tier 1” requests/tasks
• Other project tasks and duties as assigned

• 1 year Hardware Asset and Inventory Management experience
• Knowledge of and familiarity with major hardware OEMs, vendors and models
• Ability to effectively work in a hybrid collaborative team environment
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Customer service experience and commitment to customer service and support
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Initiative to anticipate issues and provide insight into solutions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage projects in parallel with daily tasks
• Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency and accuracy, in a fast‑paced team environment
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications

• Experience with Service Now ITSM and HAM/ITAM functionality
